Great location. Was able to walk to shops and restaurant yet the location was still safe and quiet. Friendly helpful staff. We were enjoying our visit so much we decided to add an extra night. The front desk staff (Leslie I think?) was able to call and cancel our reservation at another Hampton Inn and add another night in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch.

Check in was easy. We were able to get a late checkout (we were waiting to pick up our dog after emergency surgery the night before). Facilities are new and clean. No complaints as far as that goes.

I liked it’s location and convenience to a lot of things. We walked to dinner and shopping and we weren’t far from the beaches. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
